Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled booking will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, or failure to provide access at the time of attendance, may result in a cancellation fee to cover time, travel, and scheduling costs.

Deposits

• Deposits, where required, are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
• Deposits may be refunded if a booking is cancelled with sufficient notice and no costs have been incurred.

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for completed plumbing or gas fitting services.
• If a service has not yet commenced and no materials have been ordered, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Variations & Custom Works

• Custom work, special-order materials, or approved variations are non-refundable once ordered or installed.
